We are looking for new team members who get excited about creating, designing and implementing new and better solutions to join a team of just over 250 talented and passionate fintech engineers, product, credit, finance, legal, compliance, design, operations and marketing professionals. 
We are looking for a Head of Financial Institutions for our Investor team in our San Francisco office.
The Head of the Financial Institutions team will be responsible for building the bank and credit union channel and selling Upgrade’s loan product on a forward flow basis to banks and credit unions. This position reports into the EVP, Head of Investor Group.
Build and grow the Financial Institutions sales team
Present Upgrade’s unsecured consumer loans and any subsequent products that Upgrade develops to C-level executives at domestic banks and credit unions
Develop best-in-class investor experience and document investor operations procedures
Work with product managers and engineers to ensure integrity of investor data reports
Manage the on-boarding of new investors including account opening and documentation review
10+ years of experience in investor operations at a financial technology or asset management firm
Strong C-level relationships with major bank and credit unions
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Good judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented and a strong client service orientation
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and recognize and focus on critical issues
