The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other data products primarily using Tableau. Reporting to our VP of Operations, this person will play a key role responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau BI solutions within the organization and working with other team members to ensure performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide analysis of information obtained from the BI solutions and make recommendations that drive advancement within the organization. Candidate must be capable of delivering high-quality deliverables, on time, with careful attention to detail.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Tableau, based on business requirements
Assist business understanding and driving key metrics
Report on operational metrics on a recurring basis to drive actionable insight
Assist with actionable insight and forecasting
Assist with forecasts and reporting requirements for internal business users
Assist business with KPI’s and helping maintain a best in class SLA’s
Work collaboratively, cross-functionally and interface with and understand analytical reporting needs of business stakeholders Effectively communicate (written and verbal) technical subject matter to non-technical business stakeholders
Implement data hygiene controls and ensure data integrity and accuracy
Analyze and document business intelligence needs within the company

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of SQL
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
Team-player with superior interpersonal skills who can work closely with both technical development teams and end business users
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a quantitative/reporting within Operations and/or Analysis function, using one major BI tool, preferably Tableau
Knowledge of how to collect data from different information sources and distribute them to users; ability to use this information to simplify information systems and make sound business recommendations to senior business leaders
Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and/or data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience documenting BI requirements and developing reports based on user requirements
Self-motivation to accept and complete tasks
Sense of ownership and responsibility towards problems and solutions
