Senior Treasury Analyst role works closely with Treasurer, Controller and other members of the team to manage Upgrade’s and investor clients’ balance sheets including funding and capital planning.
Manage daily treasury operations including cash movements associated with company’s servicing portfolio for syndicated loans and securitizations
Responsible for bank account administration which includes opening and closing accounts as well a monitoring fees
Develop cash maps, internal controls associated with Treasury processes in conjunction with Controllership organization
Work with controllership organization to manage cash reconciliations
Research, evaluate and document cash implications of complex or non-standard transactions
Recommend and assist in the implementation of process improvements as appropriate, to simplify, standardize and streamline treasury operations
Assist with the execution of company financing agreements including deal execution and maintenance, as well as covenant compliance
Manage investment portfolio as it relates to company’s excess cash
Prepare treasury related reporting packages for monthly/quarterly close
Develop and execute periodic reporting for senior management review
3-5 years of relevant Treasury experience
CTP Preferred as well as prior Kyriba and NetSuite knowledge
Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
Positive attitude and dependable team player willing to “roll up their sleeves” to get the work done
Demonstrated ability to work independently and work well with people at a wide range of levels
Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision and prioritize work to achieve objectives
