The Marketing team at UpGuard includes multiple marketing and design functions, including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, SEO, Community, Design, and Video. UpGuard’s vision is to become a leader in the markets we play in (Cyber VRM, Attack Surface Management) by providing a best-in-class SaaS platform for organizations to manage their third-party risk and external attack surface. Our purpose as a Marketing team is to facilitate this goal by growing UpGuard with a repeatable and scalable marketing engine and a leading brand.
Why are we hiring this role?
As we continue to redefine the boundaries of cybersecurity, design stands at the core of our vision. We are seeking a Senior Web Designer who is not only skilled in creating visually appealing digital experiences but also understands the dynamics of user interaction across web platforms. This role is crucial for someone passionate about constructing responsive, accessible websites that drive our brand forward in the digital space.
What will you accomplish?
- Develop and implement innovative design strategies for our website, focusing on responsiveness and accessibility to enhance user engagement.
- Craft and maintain a Figma component library, ensuring design consistency and efficiency across our digital assets.
- Lead the redesign of web layouts to optimize navigation and user experience, reflecting the latest best practices in web design.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align web design with overall brand strategy and user needs, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
- Manage and execute projects from concept through to launch, ensuring high standards of design and functionality are maintained.
What we're looking for?
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing sophisticated web interfaces and engaging user experiences.
- Expertise in Figma, including the creation and management of component libraries.
- Experience with Webflow or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and responsive design frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, creative thinker who can push conventional boundaries and introduce innovative solutions in web design.

- Previous experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for supporting multimedia and graphic design tasks.
