The Marketing team at UpGuard includes multiple marketing and design functions, including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Content Marketing, SEO, Community, Design, and Video. UpGuard’s vision is to become a leader in the markets we play in (Cyber VRM, Attack Surface Management) by providing a best-in-class SaaS platform for organizations to manage their third-party risk and external attack surface. Our purpose as a Marketing team is to facilitate this goal by growing UpGuard with a repeatable and scalable marketing engine and a leading brand.

Where does this role fit in?
As Senior Growth Marketer you’ll play a pivotal role in the future of UpGuard. You’ll be responsible for leading a growth squad of talented folks from multiple disciplines and keeping them focused on testing and learning their way to success. What will you do?

    • Lead a cross-functional Growth Marketing squad focused on shipping high-impact growth campaigns.
    • Define clear campaign objectives designed to meet the broader Growth Marketing team goals.
    • Write clear specifications for team members from departments such as Design, Content & Analytics.
    • Project manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns to ensure they ship on time and meet our high-quality standards.
    • Set up and track campaign performance of multi-channel campaigns across channels such as email, web, SEO, PPC & social.
    • Optimise campaigns to ensure they contribute to our full sales funnel to generate Traffic, Leads, MQLs, SQLs and ultimately revenue.
    • Manage campaign budgets, ROI & reporting and communicate results at an executive level.
    • Identity future opportunities to contribute to Growth Marketing and articulate these into clear strategies, plans and objectives.

What will you bring?

    • Proven track record of executing B2B SaaS growth initiatives that drive results.
    • Hands-on experience managing acquisition channels from SEO, paid search, display & paid social.
    • Experience defining lead, MQL & SQL definitions that help the broader company succeed.
    • Hands-on experience with standard CRM, analytics, split testing and CMS solutions.
    • Proven experience managing team members from multiple disciplines such as Graphic Design, Web Design, Motion Design, Copywriting & Product.
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
