Wanted: A Data Analyst to develop our data on Upright’s Platform. Upright is on a mission to bring common sense impact data available to everyone. Every day, our data works to shape the markets when it is used to guide strategy and investment decisions by leading investors, corporations, as well as consumers. Our team consists of driven, ambitious and kind professionals who get excited about solving exceptionally difficult problems. We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join the team with a primary focus on developing Upright's new CSRD double materiality assessment data.

In addition to developing double materiality assessment data and potentially other datasets such as net impact, your role will involve a diverse range of tasks. These include researching the relevance of various impact topics across different industries, enhancing the current data model through the integration of new data sources, validating results derived from AI-based tools utilized in data development, and conducting data-driven quality control and analyses. At Upright, quality data is our core product, and your contributions are integral in enhancing its value for our users.

SIGNS FOR BEING A GREAT MATCH WITH THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and responsibility for work streams and projects
    • Sufficient background in data and coding for scalable data development, e.g. by integrating new datasources (deep expertise not necessary)
    • 1-2 years of work experience after university studies, preferably in the field of engineering, economics or similar
    • Excellent grades in mathematical subjects in high school / university studies
    • Ability to find essential, most relevant points from large amounts of information
