Here is what you need to know about this role:

Job Title: Senior Associate - CRM (Customer Relationship Management) (Full-time)

Location: Mumbai

Job description summary:
-Collaborate with marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience
-Develop and execute marketing campaigns leveraging the marketing automation platform - CleverTap
-Design customer journeys and workflows to automate engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion processes
-Segment the customer database based on demographics, behaviours, and preferences for targeted campaigns
-Monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
-Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis to improve engagement and conversion
-Manage data hygiene and ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information in the CRM
-Provide actionable insights by analysing campaign results and suggesting improvements
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals
-Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and CRM

In your day-to-day role you will:
As a Senior Associate - CRM (Customer Relationship Management), you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer relationships and campaign effectiveness. You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and analysing marketing campaigns using our marketing automation tool to ensure personalised and impactful interactions with our audience.

What do you need to bring?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on marketing automation
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, specifically CleverTap
Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices
Experience in creating and optimising marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Fintech is a plus
