RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

We're looking for highly skilled Tech recruiters who can help find the Right Talent. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical recruitment, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, talent mapping and best hiring practices. If you have a passion for finding great talent, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to speak with you.
- The role will be measured by your ability to consistently deliver Top-notch Candidate experience internally and externally.
- Collaborate well and act as a Trusted Advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
- Constantly attract, screen, and introduce a diverse pool of candidates mainly through sourcing directly, leverage the ATS for candidate pools, passive candidate engagement, employee referrals, diversity and more.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly acquisition targets, be able to measure performance goals and metrics, timelines and manage progress.
-Sourcing, recruiting and hiring technical professionals and open to other skill sets (both individual contributors and Management hires) across a wide range of roles.
Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and start providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members.
Participating in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Partnering with other departments (Compensation, Human Resources, stakeholders) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding.
Able to market map talent across locations, companies and more.
2+ years' on minimum relevant experience in tech recruitment.
Exceptional communication, quick learner and influencer.
Highly solution-driven, adaptable, and possess a strong growth mindset.
Loves speed and accuracy, and collaborative relationships at all time.
Hands on experience with Applicant tracking systems.
Familiarity with job boards, databases, and management systems.
Ability to multitask.
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail when needed.
You are a strong systems thinker and have excellent analytical skills.
