Job Title: Associate Director - Back Office Settlement (Full-time)
Location: Mumbai
Job description summary:
Leading the settlement process and stock settlement Ops division
Implementing new regulatory/business changes in Ops product, guiding Ops team in process creation
Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes
Automation of stock settlement process in coordination with In-housing development team
Drafting business documentation for in-house development team

In your day-to-day role you will:
As an Associate Director - Back Office Settlement, your responsibilities include bringing back-office solutions in-house, supervising the Stock Settlement Ops division, implementing new regulatory/business changes in the Ops product, guiding the Ops team in process creation, drafting business documentation for the development team, creating SOPs for internal processes, and spearheading the settlement process
What do you need to bring?
12+ years of relevant experience End-to-end understanding of Stock Broking Operations Analytical and data-led decision-making
Proficiency in crafting comprehensive business requirement documents for Back Office Ops processes
Creative mindset coupled with a profound understanding of engineering Capability of directly collaborating with engineers
Proficiency in crafting presentations, articulating strategic plans, and effectively communicating with management.
