Job Title: Senior Associate - Recruitment (Full-time) - Non IT

Location: Mumbai

Job description summary:
Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly acquisition targets, be able to measure performance goals and metrics, timelines and manage progress
Sourcing, recruiting and hiring technical professionals and open to other skill sets (both individual contributors and Management hires) across a wide range of roles
Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and start providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members
Participating in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
Partnering with other departments (Compensation, Human Resources, stakeholders) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding
Able to market map talent across locations, companies and more

Meet your team: You will work closely with the HR Recruitment team, Hiring Managers, Operations team, Payroll team for seamless day-to-day transactions.

In your day-to-day role you will:
As a Senior Associate - Recruitment, your success will be gauged by your capacity to consistently provide an exceptional candidate experience both internally and externally. Thrive in collaboration and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders. Continuously bring in, evaluate, and present a diverse range of candidates, primarily through direct sourcing, utilising the ATS for candidate pools, engaging with passive candidates, promoting employee referrals, fostering diversity, and employing various sourcing strategies.

What do you need to bring?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline4+ years’ experience in HR functions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a high degree of integrity and respect for confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint) Work at a fast pace and able to adapt to change quickly
- Comfortable presenting to management on various HR initiatives and training others in HR processes, policies and procedures
- Ability to understand issues quickly and communicate effectively with employees and management
- Be a team player
