RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019. 
We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team. 

What you will be doing

-In partnership with the regional Social media teams , CS, franchise leads , marketing and communication expert teams , you influence the community engagement and publication roadmap .
- Monitor and evaluate impact of community program s, sentiment of players , and community influencer outreach programs for continued improvement by providing insight to the marketing teams.
- Engage in directly , and at times directly , in key topics of conversation within franchise owned and earned channels.
-Work in partnership with PR teams and own the relationship of key members and influencers of the player community and content creators who have local significance .
-Be a champion and an internal advocate for our trading communities in assessment of message priority, risk and cultural feedback .
-Employ creative ways to improve key community relationships; share and collaborate with cross-functional teams on the development of community programs to support franchise objectives for engagement, reach, and sentiment.

What you should have

- 5+ Years of Experience
- Ability to deliver high quality work while managing multiple projects.
- Social media knowledge, managed community before.
- Trading Experience is a Plus
