Role:  Engineering Manager 

Roles and responsibilities: 
- Manage Specification, design, development, code reviews, design review and debugging of scalable and high-performance service-based web applications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.
- Identify and communicate project scope and ensure release milestones and objectives are met by delivering a high-quality product release.
-Take accountability for moving the key business metrics within your area and Provide thought partnership to the product team and ensure collaboration among product, engineering, and business operation teams.
- Analyse problems and drive long term technology solutions to evolve the product scalability, performance, reliability and supportability

Required Skills and Experience:
- Engineering/ Master’s degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 4  years of experience in mobile development and delivery, with in-depth knowledge of JAVA;
- must have at least 2 years of experience in leading small and mid-sized development teams.
- Excellent coding ability along with strong CS & OS fundamental ability to break down complex problems into simple, innovative solutions that serve a business need the knack for problem-solving and ability to work in ambiguity must have proven track record of delivery and leadership.
- Must be articulate, organised, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent people/leadership skills to grow and guide your team members; a passion for your team's mission and a self-starting personality to make things happen.- Great project management skills to lead and juggle multi-engineer projects and deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Strong partnership with product and business teams that demonstrates effective collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholders.
