RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

As a PM-II, the following will be the scope of expectations that lies on you.

Insight Driven:
-Customer focused. Talks to customers using their area of product, always looking for deeper insight.
-Partners effectively with Researchers, helping to define the problems we should be seeking to understand and validate decision-making
-Uses data insights to evaluate and inform the story they tell
-Understands key or similar usage metrics for all areas of their product/use case and uses that data to inform decision-making.
-Proactively identifies metrics to track and measure customer and business benefits for Intermissions.
-Aware of what's happening with our competitors and within our industry for their use case area.
-Responsible for shaping product area strategy with close support from a manager.
-Owner of the team's roadmap. Develops a point of view based on our roadmap inputs.
-Creates a clear & logical rationale that's in line with product area strategy and is easy to consume.
-Creates alignment within the team and with critical stakeholders (cross-functional partners & manager) Gets team buy-in on strategy & roadmap rationale.
-Demonstrates clarity when articulating the problem and aligning the team to the problem.
-Actively contributes to the exploration of multiple solutions to the problem statement.
-Consistently runs efficient and effective betas. Gets teams to quickly adapt to results, both quant and qual.
-Collaborates with PMM to define the Interstory, launch plans, pricing, and packaging approach

-Ensures product quality is high, with few bugs and issues. Contributes to QA of product features.

Engineering and/or Management degree from a premier institute
4+ years of overall experience in Product Management, Engineering or Consulting.
2+ years of experience in the fintech domain (Good to have)
Experience in the B2C segment.
Good people management skills.
Ability to conceptualise, manage and prioritise tasks.
Communicate effectively & cross-functionally with other teams.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication
