This isn’t your typical product role. As Senior Product Manager – Growth, you’ll sit at the center of our mission to democratize capital markets for all Indians. You’ll drive initiatives — product-led and beyond — that directly influence user acquisition, activation, and engagement.

This role is a blend of data, design, technology, and strategy — perfect for someone who wants to deliver scalable impact in a fast-growing fintech ecosystem.

Growth Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute the growth roadmap from ideation to launch — balancing user needs with business outcomes.

Key Metrics: Own and improve acquisition funnels, run sharp experiments, and optimize product-market fit levers.

Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to drive alignment and seamless delivery.

End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability from product specs to testing, launch, and post-launch iteration.

Insights & Experiments: Leverage data (quantitative + qualitative) to uncover user motivations and pain points — then experiment to solve them.

Scale Optimization: Identify what works, double down, and scale across multiple channels, cohorts, and platforms.

7+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting

Proven B2C background with expertise in user behavior, funnels, and growth metrics

Hands-on experience with API-driven workflows and complex systems

Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Strategic yet execution-driven — able to zoom out for vision and zoom in for details

Engineering or Management degree from a premier institute

Fintech experience or a growth-hacker mindset is a strong plus
