Job description summary:
We are seeking an experienced Growth & Revenue Manager to drive revenue and subscriber acquisition within the education vertical of Upstox called UpLearn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning revenue/sales and subscriber growth initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and shape the future of financial education.

Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, focusing on sales and subscriber growth in Upstox’s education vertical called UpLearn
Analyze market trends, competitive scenario and collate data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives
Take charge of meeting revenue targets by driving sales initiatives and optimizing pricing strategies
Collaborate with social media team and content creation team, to develop effective strategies and incentives for maximizing sales
Lead efforts to attract and retain subscribers through targeted marketing and engagement campaigns
Implement data-driven approaches to improve acquisition funnels and reduce customer churn
Work closely with marketing, product, partnerships, and operations teams to align growth efforts with business goals and execution of growth strategies
Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators to measure revenue growth, sales performance, and subscriber acquisition, identifying optimization opportunities and driving continuous improvement.

What do you need to bring?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in revenue management, sales, business development, or related roles, preferably within the EdTech industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and subscriber acquisition through strategic initiatives, innovative marketing campaigns, and sales optimization strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
