Director of Partnerships

We are looking for someone to lead partnerships including setting a partnership strategy and pitching to new partners as well as managing the day-to-day needs of our existing partners. This person will use quantitative and qualitative analysis to help determine a strategy and ensure we are bringing on the right partners to align with our business goals. He/She will be the main contact with all of our external partners and manage those relationships end-to-end.

You will:

    • Own store partner relationships including reporting, fulfillment issue resolution, and partnering on growth opportunities such as sales or giveaways
    • Create and drive a strategic vision for partnerships including prioritization of new partnerships and pitching to those partners
    • Synthesize partner feedback into creative insights that inform and influence Dote’s product roadmap and operational processes
    • Refine parameters for existing and future partner success through quantitative and qualitative analysis of partner performance
    • Develop new strategies to grow partner network, reduce costs, and increase margin

You have:

    • +8 years of experience in partnerships or customer success role
    • Strong interpersonal skills and influential affect to advance partnerships
    • Partner-centric focus to influence the product roadmap and business decisions
    • A self-starter personality - biased toward action, great collaborator and master simplifier, constantly pushing toward clarity and deliverySelf-motivated, works independently, and possesses strong organization and time management skills
    • Embody Dote’s operating values: One Team, Move at Dote Speed, Be High Key, Level Up, Put People First, Heart of a ChampionSQL knowledge is a plus, but not required
