1+1+1 Programı ve Amacımız
1+1+1 Programı Insider tarafından hayata geçirilen ve liseli arkadaşlarımızı kodlama ile tanıştırmak, bu konuda onlara eğitim vermek amacıyla başlatılan bir Sosyal Sorumluluk Projesi'dir. Program liseli arkadaşlarımıza yöneliktir. Insider olarak kurulduğumuz ilk günden beri hedefimiz Silikon Vadisi dışından da başarılı teknoloji şirketleri kurulabileceğini kanıtlamak. Bunun için de sorumluluklarımızın farkındayız ve kodlama eğitimin önemini ülkemizde herkese anlatabilmek özellikle de genç arkadaşlarımızı bu konuda elimizden geldiğince eğitmek istiyoruz.
1+1+1 Programı kapsamında şimdiye kadar 8 yılda 200+ mezun, 360+ saat kodlama eğitimine ulaştık. Şimdi ise 1+1+1 Programı'nın gelişimi ve devamı için buradayız. Bir geleneği sürdürmek için bir aradayız.
Birbirine destek veren, bilgi paylaşmaktan keyif alan, öğrenmenin sınırsızlığına inanan bir topluluğuz. Kodlama eğitimin yanı sıra seviyelere göre İngilizce eğitimi ve her hafta farklı bir konu ile gerçekleştireceğimiz Kültür derslerinin de olacağı yeni dönem 1+1+1 Programımıza ilgili liseli arkadaşlarımızın başvurularını bekliyoruz.

1+1+1 Programı'nda Neler Var?
- Kodlama Eğitimi (Web Fundamentals 101) Kültür Eğitimi (Her hafta yeni bir konu! Yoga, E-sport, Yapay Zeka ve Müzik vb.) İngilizce Eğitimi (A1-B2 seviyesi arası)
Program Ne Kadar Sürüyor?
- 12 hafta boyunca her Cumartesi eğitim devam ediyor. Tüm eğitimler Zoom üzerinden Online yapılacaktır.
Eğitimi Kimler Veriyor?
- Tüm eğitimler, Insider'ın bu programa gönül vermiş çalışanları tarafından veriliyor.
Program Sonunda Beni Ne Bekliyor?
- Öncelikle sana kodlamayı sevdirmek istiyoruz. Sonra senin neleri daha çok sevdiğini keşfetmeni umuyoruz. Ama en önemlisi, bu programda dünya vatandaşları yetiştirmek istiyoruz.
- Program sonunda yapacağın kodlama projesinde ise kazanan takım İstanbul'da ikamet ediyor/edebiliyorsa, ona 1 haftalık Insider Tanışma Stajı sağlıyoruz.
- Sertifikasız olmaz tabii! %80 devam zorunluluğunu tamamlayan katılımcılara Insider 1+1+1 Programı sertifikası veriyoruz.
- Ve... en güzeli! Mezunlar Kulübü'ne dahil olup tüm eğitimlerden ve fırsatlardan yararlanıyorsun! 🙂
