As a People Business Partner in Insider day in and day out you will

    • Provide guidance and assistance to Insider’s related department on a broad range of human resources processes;
    • Act as a thought partner to the department leaders to improve people-related issues including engagement, productivity, learning and development, hiring, retention, recognition, communication, and more; 
    • Take a significant role in building and implementing new People and Culture strategies aligned with departmental and organizational OKRs;
    • Have the opportunity and chance to manage a team of 1 or 2, depending on the size of the department you are responsible for as a Business Partner
    • Foster “one team” culture by working closely with all Center of Excellence functions (People Operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, Internal Communication, and Employer Branding) to cultivate our candidate and Insider experience;
    • Conduct 30-60-90 day interviews with newcomers, assess Insider’s engagement on a proactive, ongoing basis; identify and work to address disengagement issues early;
    • Support Senior Business Partner with NPS actions;
    • Be a strategic consultant by offering valuable insights to recruitment teams, and managing the full-cycle recruiting process;
    • Source, engage, and nurture relationships with culture-fit top talents to empower Insider team;
    • Actively contribute to the employer branding activities to share our story with Insider’s potential team members.

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you have

    • 5+ years of experience in an HR role, or at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner 
    • Experience in People and Culture practices, including recruitment, labor law, talent management, and learning and development; working knowledge of current immigration laws and processes
    • Exceptional teamwork and the ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization
    • Ability and desire to take leadership responsibility
    • A strategic mindset that allows you to come up with successful plans of action and to bring new perspectives to the table
    • Excellent command in both spoken and written English 
    • Prior experience in high growth and fast-paced environment (startup or technology company experience is a big plus)
    • Skills required to manage recruiters and researchers to reach hiring goals across the organization and to screen candidates
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb multitasking skills and prioritization
