As a Customer Education Videographer, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and informative video content aimed at educating our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate complex concepts, product features, tutorials, and best practices to our user base. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Education team, Content Creators, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure that our video content aligns with the needs and interests of our diverse customer base.


Video Production:
Conceptualize, storyboard, and script video content for customer education purposes.
Produce high-quality videos from start to finish, including filming, editing, and post-production.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and quality across all video content.

Content Development:
Work closely with the Customer Education team to identify key topics and concepts to be covered in video content.
Research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to video production and customer education.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Content Creators, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts, to gather information and insights necessary for video content creation.
Incorporate feedback and iterate on video content based on input from stakeholders and user testing.

Multimedia Integration:
Integrate multimedia elements such as animations, graphics, and sound effects to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of video content.
Ensure that videos are optimized for various platforms and devices, including desktop, mobile, and social media channels.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that videos meet established standards for accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of video content.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain documentation related to video production processes, best practices, and technical specifications.
Generate regular reports on video performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback for internal review and optimization.


    • Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production techniques.
    • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
    • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices for educational content creation.
    • Familiarity with multimedia production techniques, including animation, motion graphics, and sound design.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • A portfolio of previous video projects demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
    • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
