We are looking for a Finance Director who will join our Finance Team to maintain the financial integrity of Insider.
You'll ensure that the company maintains sound financial management practices while monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans and analyzing financial insights across all operations.
You’ll be responsible for forecasting, long term financial planning, operational and financial reporting, accounting and analysis for all levels of the organization.

What you will do day in and day out
- Lead Finance and Accounting departments
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
- Oversee the financial operations of foreign operations
- Supervise acquisition due diligence
- Oversee the issuance of financial information
- Report financial results to the CEO
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
- Arrange for debt and equity financing
- Maintain banking relationship
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You’ve Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields
- You’ve minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role, ideally in a global, scaling tech company. SaaS experience is also valuable but not a requirement
- You’re a data-junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture
- You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiatives when necessary
- You know your way around coordinating and motivating the team members
- You’ve strong organization and time management skills to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines
- You’ve business judgement and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to quickly establish the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them
- You’ve an excellent command of English
- You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing and challenging startup environment
