Insider is a dynamic B2B SaaS company committed to revolutionizing customer engagement. As part of our expansion, we are launching a customer education e-learning platform from scratch. We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping an innovative educational experience.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the educational goals and create a user-centric design for our e-learning platform.
    • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
    • Create engaging visuals and graphics for e-learning content, including videos, presentations, and interactive materials.
    • Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all educational materials.
    • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experience.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team

Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a similar capacity.
    • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
    • Experience in creating e-learning content, including videos and interactive visuals.
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
    • Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback.
    • Knowledge of current design trends and a keen eye for aesthetics.
    • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
    • Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and e-learning content.
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and educational technology is a plus.
