The Selection Journey
* Admission to InsiderSpark is competitive. The selection process includes:
* CV screening
* Online Assessment + Video interview
* Challenge Day (June 4): A full-day experience where you'll work on business cases and be evaluated on your problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, time management, English proficiency, data analysis skills.
* Start (June 23)
Evaluation Throughout the Program
You’ll be trained, mentored, and challenged across 8 weeks with real responsibility from day one. Throughout the program, we’ll evaluate your growth, ownership, and impact. Those who stand out will earn their place as full-time Insiders and continue building the future with us.
