Our Product Strategy and Operations Team is setting the vision for our growing Product Management Team. They are a core function in the Product Management Team, which is responsible for creating a bridge between Product Management, Business, Design and Development Teams, and Customers.
As a Management Trainee for Product in Insider day in and day out you;
- Identify lagging areas within the processes of PMT and generate scalable solutions to increase the efficiency of doing work.
- Act as a bridge between Business Teams and Product Teams to oversee cross-departmental projects and data flow.
- Derive critical insights by analyzing and connecting disparate datasets across the business to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations, and knowledge management.
- Act in the implementation of initiatives focused on driving the adoption of standard Product Management tools, processes, and best practices.
- Oversee Departmental and Product Team OKRs to intervene or raise a flag when necessary to ensure the highest possible realizations.
- Create innovative ways to capture and analyze different data points from internal and external customers of the product and build a streamlined flow of information easily accessible to Product Managers.

- graduated from one of the top universities with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Computer Engineering
