We are looking for a Product Education Specialist who wants to make the dream a reality.
 
What are we searching for?
 
Communication, you can transmit complex technical concepts and information to different audiences clearly and in a non-technical concept. You are talented in communicating with different stakeholders and departments such as Product Management, Product Development, and Customer Success teams.
Teamwork, you are easily able to work with people around you, help them when they need, and give or take constructive feedback. 
Listening, despite the fact that communicating effectively is extremely important, you should also be able to gather information from many sources around you to help you make better-informed decisions on guiding and improving your outputs.
Tech Savvy, you enjoy being in a tech environment and constantly keeping up with the newest trends. This is the only way you will exceed in your job!
Detail Oriented, details are your best friend. While being the number one source teaching and documenting our products, every single concept, every single hint, and every single word matters.

As a Product Education Specialist here at Insider, part of your everyday job will be:

    • being responsible for all forms of the content generated on product knowledge base including product documentation, developer documentation, videos, and guidelines
    • being responsible for developing the strategy, creating the content, gathering feedback, and improving our product education infrastructure on an ongoing basis. This is a full-cycle role!
    • being the go-to-person for any customer or internal team requests on creating additional content or improving existing content
    • collaborating with our Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to prepare and execute the content plan for new product releases
    • working with internal marketing or external vendors to develop product training videos
    • measuring the overall performance of our product knowledge base and developing plans to improve goals like customer onboarding and retention

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you:

    • have a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, could be in language and literature departments, computer education and instructional technology
    • have native/bilingual or full professional proficiency in English
    • have at least 1+ years of experience working in product, support, or marketing, ideally at a mature SaaS company
    • are seasoned in writing, editing, and presenting ideas with a proven track record of writing product documentation and guides
    • are an expert at communicating highly technical concepts in a non-technical way
    • have a proven track record of writing product documentation and guides
    • are a fast learner and have the ability to understand technology and products
    • have the ability to excel in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
    • have the ability to effectively communicate with the Product, Engineering and Marketing
    • have experience with API and Technical/Developer documentation is a plus
