About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll provide service excellence to some of the world’s leading brands. Your role involves leveraging your technology and product background to enhance our clients' digital journey with Userlane. Applying our unique HEART framework, you will help clients optimize software usage, boosting adoption and productivity and unlocking true value.


Your Objectives: Manage and resolve product-related support requests.

Your mission

    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Userlane’s solutions to ensure quick resolution of product-related support requests.
    • Demonstrate technical expertise towards issue resolution.
    • Analyze and troubleshoot client issues and report and classify product malfunctions. 
    • Act as a liaison between clients and Userlane, ensuring seamless collaboration and product enhancement.
    • Support with user training and enablement.
    • Support updating our Help Center and internal databases with information about the product.

Your profile

    • You have 1-3 years of customer service or tech support experience and are excited about joining a forward-thinking company like Userlane.
    • You’re adept at transferring technical knowledge to customers and adapting information to the audience.
    •  You are skilled at interacting with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
    • A genuine interest in technology and digital transformation.
    • Fluent in German and English.
