About the role

As Customer Success Manager, you are the strategic advisor for our customers to ensure the successful utilization of Userlane’s DAP, partnering with them to unlock and grow business value which is ultimately leading to success, retention and further growth. 
Your main goal: you are responsible for account retention & growth

Your mission

    • Consult strategic accounts along their digital transformation plans including goal-setting, the definition of tactical moves, and continuous measurement along jointly defined metrics in order to prove value.
    • Lead the execution against defined strategies and coordinate additional resources and stakeholders as required.
    •  Create adoption momentum to maximize the utilization of Userlane’s DAP by identifying additional use-cases.
    •  Act as the customer’s advocate towards internal units of our organization to drive engagement of additional experts or further product enhancements.
    • Collaborate with internal interfaces such as Marketing, Product, and Sales.
    • Drive regular risk & opportunity assessments for your portfolio and forecast accordingly to make data-driven decisions

Your profile

    • Experienced professional in Consulting, Customer Success Management or Technical Account Management in the SaaS industry
    • Strong background in a customer-facing role building long-lasting relationships.
    • Innovative problem-solver with the ability to advise the customer on innovative concepts and strategic adoption goals.
    • Affinity for technology and digital transformation in conjunction with strong business acumen.
    • Ability to dismantle ambiguity and deal with multiple stakeholders across different levels.
    • Fluency in English and German is a must
