About the role
We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead technical teams, foster collaboration, and drive alignment with our organizational goals. Operating within one or more squads, you'll drive performance, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and promote a culture of excellence and innovation. You'll align team objectives with our company's vision, mentor team members, and make autonomous decisions for cross-functional initiatives. - Develop a deep understanding of our product and industry domain to drive success.
- Proactively address security vulnerabilities and comply with security measures.
- Lead by example, embodying our company's values and mission in all aspects of your work.
Your profile
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role, preferably as an Engineering Manager or similar.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Angular, React and browser extensions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and alignment across teams and departments.
- Experience in performance management, providing feedback, and supporting team growth and development.
- Deep understanding of product management principles and the role of technology in achieving business success.
- Proactive approach to addressing security vulnerabilities and compliance measures.
- Ability to make autonomous decisions for cross-functional initiatives aligned with departmental goals.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- You share information and skills you’ve gathered with the team.
- You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English.
