About the role: In this role, you will turn numbers into insights, ensuring our marketing stays sharp and effective. From analysing campaign efficiency to connecting marketing and product analytics, you’ll spot growth opportunities and track performance with precision. Your work will directly influence data-driven decisions, keeping our marketing activities stable, scalable, and impactful. With strong results, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow in seniority and potentially lead the department in the future.
In this role, you will
- Analyse paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, creatives
- Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution)
- Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns
- Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance
- Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation
It’s all about you
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or product analytics
- Hands-on experience with Appsflyer and setting up attribution and analytics using its data
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to work confidently with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, retention) and attribution models (last-click, multitouch)
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations
- Structured thinker with an ownership mindset, able to take responsibility and drive projects forward
- Familiarity with Python and basic understanding of ML
- Usage of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, etc) on a daily basis
