We are looking for someone ready to build and scale a global payment infrastructure directly from within the product team. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our financial performance by driving approval rates higher, reducing chargebacks, and ensuring seamless payment flows for millions of users worldwide. You will work with top-tier PSPs, advanced anti-fraud systems, and orchestrators like Corefy, designing strategies that keep our monetization engine running at full speed

In this role, you will
- Design and implement payment routing, cascading, and orchestration strategies for card transactions
- Monitor and analyze transaction approval rates by market and payment method, developing strategies to improve performance and negotiating with providers to boost approval ratios
- Research, evaluate, and onboard new payment providers to expand processing capabilities in key regions
- Lead technical and operational integration of payment providers in collaboration with IT, finance, and product teams
- Oversee and manage the chargeback process, ensuring timely responses and compliance with regulations to minimize financial losses
- Ensure uninterrupted payment flows by proactively identifying and resolving operational issues
- Work closely with the Product team to improve payment-related KPIs and overall user experience
It’s all about you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, PSP management, or payment operations
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, gateways, and integration protocolsSolid understanding of compliance standards including AML, KYC, and PCI DSSStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with anti-fraud systems and tools such as SEON, Sift, or similarStructural thinking, ownership mindset, and strong communication skills
- Would be a plus
- Experience with Corefy payment orchestrator
