In this role, you will

    • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns via Google Ads
    • Analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and plan next steps
    • Run and assess tests to improve qualitative metrics
    • Identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns
    • Build and implement strategies for media buying and scaling
    • Collaborate on ad creatives and landing page testing
    • Conduct market and competitor research

It’s all about you

    • 2+ years in a PPC or User Acquisition role
    • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
    • Comfortable working with $50K+ monthly budgets
    • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
    • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
    • Goal-oriented and proactive
    • Background in product companies or cross-functional product teams
    • Familiarity with the social networking or similar competitive niches
    • Understanding of Tier-1 markets and their specifics
    • Understanding of digital marketing technologies, including web analytics (GTM/GA4), data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker Studio/Power BI), social marketing, and website usability
