About the job:
We are looking for a Product Manager who has a blend of technical understanding, business acumen, and domain expertise relevant to AI products, allowing them to effectively bridge user needs with business objectives while navigating the unique challenges of AI-powered web applications.
In this role, you will
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap
- Create and refine user personas for the target audience and conduct research and gather insights about customer needs
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
- Make data-driven decisions about product improvements with create dashboards to track user engagement and business metrics
- Manage product release schedules and milestones
- Identify areas for product optimization
- Develop strategies for using AI to enhance user experience
It's all about you
- 3-5+ years in product management, preferably for digital products or SaaS platforms
- Experience bringing web-based products from concept to market
- Track record of successful feature launches with measurable impact
- History of working in agile development environments
- Experience with AI/ML products or features (highly valuable)
- Background in consumer-facing web applications
- Experience with AI/chatbots is a plus
