United Tech looking for a skilled Business Development Manager. We are growing fast, and looking for someone who is ready to grow with us. As a Business Development Manager, you won’t just look for leads, you will shape our partner ecosystem across Europe and the CIS. In this role, you will
- Search for and attract new partners to expand the project
- Run discovery calls and personalized demos to explain how the platform works and how it helps partners earn
- Share success stories and monetization mechanics to build trust and encourage collaboration
- Track the first results of new partners and step in quickly if anything goes wrong
- Maintain relationships with existing partners, especially those with lower priority, and keep communication smooth and clear
- Make sure all partners follow our content and quality standards
It’s all about you
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role
- Experience working with different types of partners and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and systematic approach to tasks
- Understanding of key product and business metrics
- Focus on results and ability to work independently
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
