We are looking for a Jr User Acquisition Manager  to join our team to be part of a mobile game for iOS and Android platforms in a new niche for people from the Tier-1 region.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

    • Planning, creating, managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns
    • Focus on data and creating daily/weekly cohorted reports
    • Ad budget management and eROAS target delivering
    • Work with the marketing art team to sync up creative strategies, creative tests and KPIs.
    • Manage the relations with ad network partners like Facebook, Unity, ironSource etc.
    • Managing and maintaining customer support channels

About you:

    • 1 - 2 years of UA experience, primarily in mobile gaming
    • Basic working knowledge of key channels: Meta, AppLovin, Programmatic channels etc.
    • Comfortable with analyzing performance metrics like CPI, ROAS, and retention
    • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis

Will be a plus:

    • High level of social skills for clear communication
