About your role: This is your opportunity to take full ownership of marketing strategy, budgets, and growth for a global product that already ranks among the top in its niche. You will lead the charge toward $1.2M monthly marketing spend, driving impact across acquisition, retention, and monetization in Tier-1 markets. This role is for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds data-driven strategies, and knows exactly how to turn great creatives and hypotheses into measurable business results

In this role, you will

    • Lead strategic product marketing: develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy
    • Scale the product to a monthly budget of $1,200,000 within defined KPIs
    • Build a traffic and product-marketing hypothesis roadmap to improve marketing metrics through continuous experimentation
    • Coordinate and manage a cross-functional team (UAM, Creative, ASO, PMM) to achieve KPI
    • Establish testing frameworks, scaling rules, and control systems for CPA and ROI
    • Lead, hire, and grow your team — hold 1:1s, performance reviews, and expand the department

It’s all about you

    • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (preferably in video streaming / live / social apps)
    • Proven track record of managing $1M+ monthly budgets and leading teams of 5+ people
    • Deep understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, and performance marketing metrics
    • Strong knowledge of advertising auctions, attribution models, and MMP tools
    • Hands-on experience in traffic acquisition and scaling channels
    • Expertise in marketing analytics with BI tools (Tableau, Data Studio, AppsFlyer, Firebase)
    • Experience with MarTech solutions and process automation
    • Understanding of ASO, SEO, marketing funnels, and influencer collaborations
    • Ownership mindset and strategic thinking with a focus on measurable growth outcomes
