About the role: Here you will never get stuck with routine: expect varied legal challenges, opportunities to learn across multiple jurisdictions, and room to specialize and grow your expertise in the future
In this role, you will
- Support internal teams with their legal inquiries (mobilization, tax residency, etc.)
- Monitor legal developments and translate complex changes into clear internal guidelines, short legal updates, or team instructions
- Draft, review, and adapt standard agreements and templates (NDAs, service agreements)
- Support contract negotiations by preparing comments, reviewing third-party terms, and aligning positions with stakeholders
- Help ensure product compliance with key regulatory requirements, including app store policies (Apple, Google), payment provider rules, subscription standards, consumer protection laws, and frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) or U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines
- Conduct preliminary research and analysis on intellectual property, data protection (GDPR, CCPA), and other relevant areas
- Track regulatory trends relevant to our products and assist in communicating important changes to the product team
It’s all about you
- 1.5–2+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in-house at a tech company or as a consultant working with digital products
- Solid understanding of commercial contract law with hands-on experience in reviewing and drafting agreements
- Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to digital products (data protection, app store policies, DSA, intellectual property, subscription regulations)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience with GDPR/CCPA and general knowledge of international law
- Confident user of LLMs and open to applying AI tools in legal practice
- Strong soft skills: stress tolerance, sociability, and flexibility in solving non-standard situations
- Curious, proactive, and able to learn fast
- Ownership mindset: you think in terms of outcomes, not processes
