This role is hands-on and vital for maintaining the quality and reliability of the hardware, software, and IT support that keep our workspace and specialists productive.

Your main mission will be to provide timely and effective technical support to our team, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, and resolving any IT-related requests within your scope. You’ll be responsible for the technical condition of all office equipment and software, managing inventory, coordinating equipment orders and deliveries, and keeping accurate records.

In addition to day-to-day support, you will work on project tasks like creating a FAQ for common technical questions, resolving outstanding equipment checklists, and compiling a comprehensive list of services used within the company.

In this role you will

    • Configure, set up, and administer PCs and peripheral equipment
    • Set up and maintain workstations for specialists
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs and other office equipment promptly and effectively
    • Provide technical support to users
    • Manage inventory, depreciation, issuance, procurement, and maintenance of office equipment

It’s all about you

    • 6 +months of system administration experience
    • Basic knowledge of network equipment & PC architecture
    • Understanding network principles and troubleshooting issues
    • Confident user of Windows, macOS, experienced in installing and configuring operating systems
    • Understanding information security principles
    • Familiarity with backup methods and PC recovery techniques after failures
    • Experience setting up and connecting office equipment
    • Responsible, communicative, independent, and detail-oriented
    • Intermediate or higher English level
    • Experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
    • Desire to learn and grow in this field
    • Strong communication skills and willingness to interact and assist others
    • Flexible approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to work under high workload and multitask effectively
    • Attentive, meticulous, and a team-player mindset
