In this role, you will
- Launch and manage user acquisition campaigns for the company’s apps across advertising networks (Facebook, Snapchat, Google, Moloco, and others)
- Build and test creative strategies and formats to improve upper-funnel performance
- Design and execute buying experiments, validate hypotheses through data
- Explore and scale new traffic sources
- Contribute to the launch of new products and expansion into new markets
- Analyze campaign performance on a daily basis and optimize key metrics
It’s all about you
- 1+ year of experience in mobile app marketing, specifically in user acquisition via performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat (bonus if you worked with DSPs: Moloco, Applovin, Mintegral, Unity, etc.)
- Solid skills in working with analytics and BI tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong communication skills: ability to structure your thoughts, present results clearly, and build effective communication with both internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative KPIs and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Would be a plus:
- setting up automated rules
- working with automation tools
- participating in the development of internal automation solutions
