THE ROLE:

We're looking for a content marketing and visual design specialist to join our fast-paced and tight-knit team at Valdera. Our team is passionate about storytelling and painting a crisp vision for our long term thought partners and users. We work tirelessly to bring our creative ideas into reality.

You’ll have the chance to analyze user profiles, develop a strategy to position our product for each of our end markets, develop digital and written content. You'll support help us establish a strong web presence and enable our sales team with crisp storytelling materials

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build a deep understanding of our users and partners.
    • Position Valdera as a gold-standard leader in a large and complex market. Valdera addresses teams that work in cosmetic manufacturing and industrial manufacturers. Your aim will be to succinctly articulate what our product is and our core mission to these audiences.
    • Develop clear written case studies and refined visual content that translates our product's power into compelling stories.
    • Find the best channels for the visual and written materials you develop in order to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
    • Empower our Sales team with playbooks, customer case studies, visual materials, branded written materials, and more.
    • Help develop Valdera's marketing site, implement SEO/digital marketing strategies, and improve Valdera's online visibility.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ years experience in graphics design and content writing for marketing (e.g. graphic design, content writing, digital/SEO strategy etc.)
    • Ability to translate compelling storytelling and marketing into significant revenue growth.
    • Experience with designing high quality graphics, illustrations, and animations (using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
    • Experience with drafting written posts, implementing email campaigns, and maintaining online blog content.
    • Strong demonstrated partnerships with product and sales orgs. in previous roles.
    • The ability to distill complex information into understandable, actionable, and persuasive visual and written assets.
    • An eye for high quality design and visual refinement.
    • Strong writing and presentation skills.
    • Success stories of selecting highly effective marketing channels and implementing marketing strategies.
    • Experienced and eloquent public speaker.
    • Preferred: Webflow/HTML/CSS experience; familiarity with SEO/digital marketing.

The typical salary range for this role is between $70,000-100,000 annually with a semi-monthly payroll cadence. The exact offer will be determined by a variety of factors such as the candidate’s individual skills, qualifications, location and experience relative to the requirements of the role.
