Valence has built the first-to-market AI native coaching platform for enterprise, offering personalized, expert, and human-like guidance & support to any leader or employee. At Valence, we're not just talking about the future of work – we're actively shaping it.
From your first interaction with us, you'll notice we're different. By working here you won't just implement solutions for our clients; you'll be helping to architect the future of leadership in the age of generative AI. And we'll be honest – this is not for everyone. But for those with an insatiable desire to work fast on complex, unsolved challenges with some of the best talent in tech, this could be the career-defining opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Role
We're looking for a senior product manager to drive Valence's next phase of product growth, reporting directly to our CEO. This role sits at the heart of our most strategic initiatives – conversational AI quality, core generative AI product and platform engineering. You'll partner closely with the leaders of each function, and our Leadership Team, to translate ambitious vision into concrete execution, while building the foundations for rapid scale.
Working at the intersection of our AI, engineering, and product teams, you'll drive our core product and process development end-to-end. This means initiatives like working alongside our data science team to unlock quality insights, prioritizing generative AI product improvement initiatives, and orchestrating cross-functional conversation quality improvements that directly impact our enterprise clients. We're looking for someone who can both think strategically about what we're building, while executing on immediate priorities to improve our product in rapid-fire iteration cycles.
