The Assignment        
Reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing EMEA marketing activities and initiatives. Generating demand and high-quality leads ready for sales colleagues. Designing and executing campaigns and events. Creating content for local needs and driving digital and social media marketing communication. In this position, you will be part of the EMEA marketing team, working closely together with sales, pre-sales, practice leads and partners like Atlassian.
 
Things you will be working on 
·       Work with the regional sales teams to manage and develop strategies & tactics to increase demand, in alignment with global strategy
·       Liaise with internal marketing team members and external suppliers to execute the EMEA sales & marketing plan
·       Manage and develop lead generation initiatives (events, webinars, emailing’s, ABM, etc.)
·       Create customer-facing marketing content and campaigns to increase engagement and improve customer experience
·       Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide reporting on the effectiveness of activities carried out and outcomes obtained
·       Liaise with local Atlassian partner manager and marketing managers
·       Manage campaign-related marketing budget
 
What you need to be successful 
·       At least 5 years of significant experience in marketing management in the tech and / or consulting industries
·       Marketing experience in a BtoB environment, ideally IT services, technology, or professional services
·       Digital native, familiar with marketing automation tools and lead generation
·       Interested in Enterprise IT topics
·       Good copywriting
·       Sales oriented, self-starter
·       Collaborative, attentive to relationships
·       Communicator
·       Knows how to juggle many things at the same time
·       You have working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, LinkedIn/Linkedin Sales Navigator, Outreach/Sales automation tools, Webinar/Conference tools, Powerpoint
·       Native in English, Speaking German or French is a plus, but not acquired
 
Location 
This role is fully remote and business travel is required. Our location preference is the UK but candidates located in the Netherlands will be considered.
