Someone with a background in technical consulting with exceptional communication skills, who is used to assisting the sales team throughout the process, and who fancies a more commercial position to develop their career.

Your assignment  

Reporting to the Head of Presales EMEA, you will be collaborating with our Sales and Delivery Team being engaged in assisting the sales team across the region to ensure a successful sales cycle, and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization. 

Mission 

* Gathering, refining, and qualifying customer needs

* Defining the best approach to answer these needs

* Performing marketing activities (i.e Webinars, workshops and other  activities )

* Participating in the continuous improvement of the pre-sales tools and processes (i.e. demo instances, data samples, etc.)  

Questions You Can Help Us Answer 

* How the presales process can be more efficient and effective

* Determining the critical aspects of the sales cycle, by gathering and understanding customer needs

* Providing technical and functional guidance, presenting and advocating the appropriate solution

* Determining collaborative working processes with consultants and the sales team to create and deliver winning solutions

* Assessing how the presales team can contribute to Marketing activities (eg. webinars, generating content, and more)

* Experience in facilitating technical sales proposals

* A background in IT consultancy

* Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, fluency in Dutch or French in addition would be even better

* The ability to determine the client's requirements
