We’re looking for a Product Manager, Analytics who is energized by solving difficult problems and interested in long term growth alongside our business. Reporting to the SVP, Product you will be responsible for delivering solutions that leverage our analytical capabilities.

What you will do

    • Support strategic sales pursuits and client engagements by providing analytics and industry expertise
    • Identify a systematic approach to supporting strategic partners and key accounts
    • Work closely with the Services, Sales, and Product teams to determine product needs, gaps, and to help determine optimal product strategy
    • Champion the customer voice to provide leadership in product marketing, development roadmaps, pricing strategy, and overall commercial adoption of our analytical capabilities
    • Prioritize feature analytics development based on strategic initiatives, customer requirements, and internal technical needs

What you bring to the team

    • 5+ years of analytics experience
    • Experienced with user needs discovery and running design sprints
    • Experience conducting customer interviews and user testing
    • Exposure to feature prioritization and road map planning
    • Ability to translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa
    • Demonstrated experience in utilizing the art of resource allocation
    • Embrace technology to get work done and to automate processes
    • Experience performing market assessments and defining and tracking success metrics
    • Are data driven - you enjoy designing experiments, analyzing results, and driving iterative improvements
    • Are a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing the highest value opportunities
    • Nice to have:
