Who you are
To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst.

What you will do:

    • Support the development and optimization of company wide health metrics
    • Aggregate and clean data across the various systems for a centralized view
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards from data stored across business functions
    • Utilize data to perform analytics, derive meaningful insights and pragmatically identify root causes. (Illustrative questions: What marketing initiatives work best? Where is the biggest pain point within the sales funnel? Are we sourcing the highest value customers? How do the highest value customers interact with our products?)
    • Design and help implement initiatives to address such gaps (process improvement, new tools or training & communication)
    • Liaise with other areas of the business including Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product
    • Work alongside peers in the Finance and Operations team on special projects

What you bring to the team:

    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited College or University
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Ability to integrate tools so that data is shared seamlessly across our tech stack (basic Python scripting, hooking into APIs, writing SQL queries to get the data)
    • Comfortable with large data sets. Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, SQL, Google Analytics and knowledge of the data and analytics landscape
    • Structured approach to problem solving
    • Nice to have:
    • Ability to develop creative solutions with thoughtful long term consideration
    • Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations using data
