As the number of initiatives, organizations, and conversations scale up dramatically, Valimail has the need for a skilled Program Manager to help us meet these commitments and grow.
You will be responsible for managing highly visible initiatives that help secure billions of inboxes.
What you’ll be doing?
Our Director, Product Marketing role will be responsible for messaging and content development that increases our prospecting and sales efficiency. Valimail has entered a hyper-growth phase and needs to continue to educate the market on its unique and innovative approach to the massive phishing problem. We need to articulate our core messaging through a diverse set of content like datasheets, whitepapers, blogs, webpages and presentations that speak to the a many different decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise IT/Security segments.
Build upon the core product messaging to explain how the solution fits within the organization’s broader cybersecurity strategy, business initiatives and marketing programs
Create content that continues to differentiate Valimail’s technology to business decision makers
Develop business value proposition, TCO and ROI tools
Develop customer use cases to articulate impact, importance and on-going valueRefresh sales decks used in the first call, demo, phishing analysis, and business case
Refresh sales decks used in the first call, demo, phishing analysis, and business case
Sales Enablement and Support
Provide “real-time” support for the field in deals to navigate competitive and business challengesTune in to the sales calls to understand objections and bottlenecks
Plan and develop product content for sales training
Be the glue between product, marketing and sales teams translating the product strengths to customer pain points as well as all unfulfilled customer needs to feed product teams
New Product Introduction
Market research and analysis for target market segments, pain points and use cases
Enhance our pricing models to add new products or modules
Make bundling recommendations and create a sales process for deal based price reductionsCreate new product messaging and communication plans
Present at webinars, industry events, roadshows
25% travel required
Establish strong, collaborative relationships across the company with product management, event marketing, growth marketing, business development, and channel partner teamsCollaborate with marketing and sales reps to articulate justify Valimail's value

Essential Skills, and Abilities
10+ years of experience in product marketing at a high growth startupExperience in enterprise-focused high-tech SaaS, or security company
Proven track record of marketing to C-level executives in large enterprises
Creative storytelling and impactful delivery
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Passion for measurement, metrics and continuous improvement
Project management skills can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Intellectual curiosity, passion for continuous learning, team-first orientation, optimism, creativity, humility and external competitiveness
