Valimail solves this problem. We’ve built a revolutionary platform on top of open standards — DMARC, DKIM, and SPF — that for the first time makes it possible for any organization to protect itself against email impersonation. Valimail pioneered the notion of automated email authentication, with innovative components like our DNS-based Authenticator (including our patented Instant SPF). Our system enables organizations to authenticate their email quickly, easily, and reliably.

We’re committed to building a more trusted email ecosystem. As part of that commitment, we’re active participants in the open source and standards communities. We’re co-authors of open standards like ARC and BIMI, and contribute to a variety of open source projects that serve the wider community.

Our experienced management team has led multiple companies in the past, and experienced several IPOs. Our CTO is a former particle physicist with a long track record of growing early stage companies. Our CEO was an analyst at The Boston Consulting Group, has run global sales teams for three public companies, and been CEO at two previous companies.

Valimail is seeking an experienced Account Executive to help us accelerate our expansion, based on our disruptive technology solution in the email authentication market. You have a chance to join as the first sales member of a fast-growing, revenue-generating, venture-funded startup with name-brand customers as we create an important new security category.

Our Headquarters is based in San Francisco and you will be one of the first sales members based on the east coast developing our presence. Although you'll be remote, you'll benefit from a hyper-communicative team, all the resources needed, and consistent support from the team in San Francisco.

What You'll be Doing
•Develop deals from prospect to close within the enterprise vertical
•Identify and pursue new targets – both enterprise and global
•Global coverage, with US emphasis and based in our New York City office
•Continue to accelerate our highly automated sales process
•Collaborate with marketing, engineering, customer success, and executive management

About You
•7 or more years experience in a SaaS sales roles; security experience preferred
•Proven and verifiable track record, especially at early stage start up
· Experience selling directly to CISOs, CTOs or other high ranking executives within IT  infrastructure highly desirable
•BA/BS preferred
•Self-starter, pioneer
•Highest professional and personal integrity
•Excellent communication skills on phone, in person, and in writing
•Able to grasp sophisticated technology concepts and articulate them to a technical audience
•“Big brain” thinker who can contribute ideas for our broader business success
