Position : Channel Manager Department : Business Development
The Channel Manager is responsible for the growth and development strategic channels and partners. This role interacts internally with all aspects of our organization and externally ensures the satisfaction and loyalty of our partners.

What You’ll Be Doing :
Partner Management Ensure our growing partner portfolio is successful and contributes disproportionately to our top and bottom lines. Manage operational aspects of the lead flow from partner portfolio to our sales team and close the feedback loop on all relevant partner opportunities. Manage regular business reviews with your partners to build the ongoing relationship, provide proactive support, and collaborate on partner marketing activities. Effectively sell our value proposition and educate partners on our functionality, service offering, and future vision for brands. Oversee the management of aftermarket strategies Flexibility and agility to adapt to change in marketplace and recognize opportunities based on data driven trends; ability to derive insights from data.

About You : 5+ years of partner management, business development, and/or sales experience. (experience in email or security is an added bonus)Proven track record of growing revenue from partner relationships through enablement and tracking activities. Strong verbal (presentation) and written communications skills with experience presenting at partner events, in-person and online. passionate, results driven, motivated, resourceful and creative problem solver and team player. Experience working against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy. Ability to set priorities, focus on details and motivate internal and external teams to deliver agreed upon goals. Availability and willingness to travel to partner meetings and industry events as needed.BA/BS degree required. Technical competence strongly preferred.
