The People Partner plays a vital role in supporting our growing team and fostering a positive employee experience. You will partner closely with business leaders across various departments to provide strategic HR solutions and ensure an exceptional employee experience for all Varovians. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment and gain valuable experience in the HR field across a number of areas including talent management, org design, leadership development, employee relations, and performance management.

What you’ll be doing

    • Partner with business leaders to understand their unique HR needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support
    • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
    • Analyze People data and metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations and initiatives
    • Assist with the implementation of new HR programs and policies, ensuring clear communication to employees
    • Maintain strong relationships with employees and managers, serving as a trusted advisor and resource on all HR matters
    • Wear many hats interchangeably, adapting to the needs of a fast-moving techbank

You’ll bring the following required skills and experiences

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
    • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or similar role (3-5 years preferred)
    • Ability to solve problems and influence senior executives through strong communication and compelling analysis
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Google tools including docs, sheets, slides, and calendar
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
$60,000 - $90,000 a year
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Per applicable law, the salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the identified range.
