The Role
The Veeva Basic team is seeking an entrepreneurial Marketing and Business Development Manager who can help us evangelize at scale and connect emerging life sciences companies with our out of the box solutions.
This role is integral to the long term success of the team in Europe.
You will evangelize Veeva Basics and support our GTM activities to emerging biotech companies within Europe.
If you're an entrepreneurial marketing manager with a knack for turning content into conversions, and want to own and run our events calendar and shape our story, come and help us make a difference in the life sciences industry.

What You'll Do
- Strategically research and develop a plan to evangelize “basics” at scale
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in sales and product
- Build trusted relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right messaging for multiple regions in the emerging biotech segment
- Owning and executing on marketing events such as, webinars, round tables, regional executive events, annual summit, online events
- Harmonise, standardise and improve the outreach process so it becomes scalable
- Define our contact and customer mapping approach
- Help craft and improve the customer journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience in GTM Development in Technology and/or Life Sciences
- Experience of marketing to an European market
- Fluent English
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Team-first mentality
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative
- BA or BS Degree (STEM, Economics, Accounting, etc.) with solid academic performance
- Willingness to travel as needed (~25%)
- Legally authorized to be employed in the UK without limitations or restrictions
Nice to Have
- Experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management
- Experience in scientific research or in clinical trials-related topics
- Business language capacity in Danish and/or Swedish - any other language is a plus
- Supported and run large and small customer events
