The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Employee Success (HR) Associate to support our growing team within the EMEA region. You will be a vital partner in building and scaling our high-performance culture across the EMEA region. You'll have a direct impact on the employee's success ensuring our teams have the support they need to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This role is for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and execute critical HR processes while also proactively driving best practices and innovation. What You'll Do
- Serve as the HR resource for our teams in Spain, the UK, and other European countries, providing critical support and guidance
- Drive operational excellence taking ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from preparing compelling offer letters and employment agreements to managing employee changes and offboarding with precision and care
- Ensure an outstanding employee experience for the countries you support. Identify opportunities to optimize the Veeva process for greater efficiency and employee success
- Work closely with our internal payroll team ensuring correct data is transferred to the external payroll providers
- Own our HRIS (Workday) data quality, becoming a key contributor to our global HR processes and standards
- Support impactful HR initiatives focused on enhancing our onboarding process and other key areas of the employee journey
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or generalist
- Solid understanding of European employment practices and are eager to expand your knowledge
- Exceptional communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to use data to measure your impact
- Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impact
- A proactive, results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, customer-centric environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Italian is a plus!
