The Role
Veeva is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our global Talent Attraction team. In this high-impact role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Talent Attraction and become the go-to expert on our talent technology stack, integrations, data, and reporting. You’ll also partner closely with key stakeholders across the business, using data insights to directly shape and influence our Talent Attraction strategy.

This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-impact analyses and present insights to senior leaders, turning complex data into actionable recommendations that influence strategy
- Build compelling visualizations and dashboards to tell clear, data-driven stories that guide key business decisions
- Leverage predictive analytics and data modeling to uncover trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions
- Partner closely across Employee Success to design analyses, test hypotheses, and serve as a subject-matter expert shaping TA analytics best practices
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through measurement, testing, and optimization
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Data analytics role supporting business or people teams
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo, etc.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to audit, clean, and transform data for analysis
- Experience managing multiple data inputs and combining them into clear, actionable stories for business leaders
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Excellent business partner mindset with strong customer service instincts
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to take ownership

Compensation
- Base pay: $75,000 - $125,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
